Cyber crime is so scary because it could destroy modern society if unchecked. Yet, if the government over reacts in ways that are clearly not fitting to the crimes, the punishments wont stick and the judicial system will lose credibility... like it did in the old days when the FBI busted Steven Stills after vacuuming his carpet to find a marijuana seed.

I am guessing he will get "time served" for the jail time and a suspended sentence of 5 years or so and intense supervision probation and no orr limited internet access.
