This is very bad news......in all the confusion over oil.....most people are not paying attention to what's happening to GM and F. Sadly, what I am hearing more and more is that both may go under. Neither company was prepared for $4 gas. They had staked their businesses on SUVs and trucks. How they could do that is totally and completely beyond me. Very simple: with the overpaid workforce (vs. their productivity) forced them into narrower and narrower high margin niches ... Yes, of course........its all the workers fault. The huge salaries upper mgmt has been paying itself have nothing to do with it. From where I am sitting, its poor planning......nothing more, nothing less. But you all go ahead and make up excuses like blaming the unions.
