But first, no more lucrative tax credits and when they give $150 Mn or so to a retiring CEO, tax it ridiculously high and give it to some enterprising alternative energy entrepreneur... and oh yeah, when the private for profit companies already have 5000 leases which they choose to ignore and have stock buyback programs to get rid of their unseemly?? profits, take that from them too and do alternative energy research for our country, the world and its future. You can handle the details of getting this done.
