Let's go offshore first where the ecology is already compromised. Then we can talk about ANWR

They have gotten better than in the 70's and 80's and I would expect nothing less than from them or they face fines.

yeah, look at the damage Katrina did in the gulf. It'll take many years to clean up the contamination from all of the destroyed rigs...
