We might not be happy about such a system in our back yard, but "we would not permit such a system in our back yard" is most likely far to strong of statement to accurately reflect reality.

We would be much more concerned about offensive capability in our back yard than defensive capability.

obama would allow anyone to attack America. Why would he care...he is too busy preaching "change you can believe in"....sad part is that, damn right you will believe it when he ruins America....that is his "change."
