We would not be exited about the idea, but we wouldn't be likely to forcefully prevent it. Also such a system would be poorly placed to stop any missile attack from us against Russia or China. We would not be firing such missiles toward the south. We would not even let Dubai manage our ports We wouldn't prevent Venezuela, or Cuba, or Canada, or Mexico from using a company from Dubai.
