I personally think that the local, state and federal government should warn people at least twice to get out of their homes, if there is a shelter they can go to until the (whatever) disaster has passed.....We should make an effort to get the infirm out of their houses.

BUT if the people don't want to leave, after warning them, and have their signed statement they want to stay where they are no matter their risk, then we should let them stay. NO RESCUE if they sign the papers that way.

Why would we put other people at risk by trying to rescue those who won't deal with the reality....?
