As we both pointed out in different ways time can be considered a philosophical concept as well as a purely physical one.

Good point about entropy. Entropy gives an arrow for time. Absent entropy even if there is time, forward in time becomes in a sense indistinguishable from backwards. If such a directionless time is really time, its a very different thing that what we normally think about time.

At certainly in a singularity normal notions of time and space don't function very well.
