Evening assuming those graphics are real (which is a rather open question), none of them amount to "the US is going to invade Cuba".

Also the nuclear missiles would only be useful for nuking the US, which would probably have caused the US to nuke Cuba and the USSR, they would not be that useful in any defensive purpose.
