Bushies talked to our enemies the Sunnies (and paid them off billions of our money under the table) and created "The Surge", a sort of shakey cease fire which gives away 2/3 of the country to the Iran-linked Shia but stops most of the bloodshed. Reagan, Nixon, Bush Sr. all talked to our enemies, over and over and over. Bush's refusal to talk to Chavez, Iran and others has just made everything much worse and made us the losers. Only when Bushies started talking to No0rth Korea did we make any progress.
