Speaking of bad, it has already happened here and there. Wildan does work for local governments. I owned it at the beginning, then on some consideration panicked and bailed out when I learned a bit more about them. Their income was based in Californian property taxes. I had bought it on a whim [being an ex civil engineer thinking of spreading investments into "safe" if banal and prosaic things].

They later formed a classical dead cat bounce and have gone on to demonstrate a double dead cat bounce, which could turn into and outright dead cat if they don't manage the situation well: finance.yahoo.com
