Thanks for you evaluation. Curitiba real estate no touched by foreigners. They prefer beachland. SPO bulging keeps sending companies HQ to Curitiba. SPO has traffic jams of helicopters!!! I expect here to gain more in the future here in Curitiba. Brazil is indeed expensive now. The first world city a third world prices is gone. Now is firts world city at first world prices. CB has to calibrate growth and inflation over the next 24 months to keep it at a steady 5%.
