Thanks. I thought there would be some kind of prohibition like that for selling.
However, it still seems advantageous to make the offer, if it truly is lowball, forcing Ithaca and investors to defend the company's potential for increased valuation thereby drawing more interest and moving the stock price up. Then, you announce that the offer is being withdrawn because the increased valuation no longer fits within your budget for acquisitions. Question is, could they unwind their position without letting too much air out of the tires.

END/Ithaca: another poster weighs in and indicates END has the cash flow to make work what Ithaca has been struggling with:

I believe the conversions referred to in the linked post are to conversions of Ithaca debt to equity.
