It is the narrative. Any opposition is the cancer and must be silenced. With 90% of the media being democrats, I don't see how McCain has a chance. Of course Kerry beat himself, so we'll see.

Obama raises as much as he'd get from public financing every month. He's a pragmatist. He makes the calculation that a little heat now is more than compensated for by crushing McSame later. He says he's doing it because of the (R)'s - which only pisses off people who aren't going to vote for him anyway - people like you. No one else cares. I think is a good sign. We desperately NEED a pragmatist as president. Bush was an ideologue, and has followed his wacky neocon ideology to the ruination of our country. It's going to take a lot of pragmatic actions to get it back on course.
