An American born in this country who happens to be Muslim has every, and I mean, every right to be president of this country.

I never said a Muslim didn't have a "right" to be president. Of course the law will permit it. Americans don't want it. Most of us (you excluded) haven't forgotten 9/11. And it is a fact that we have no way to tell which Muslims are good and decent people versus those who would destroy our country given a chance.

I would gladly vote for a black man. For an atheist or a Jew. No problem. But until such time as a Muslim can convince me that he has America's interests at the top of his list, he's out from my POV -- and I believe, from the POV of the vast majority of Americans (regardless of what they might say).

There are a lot of good Muslims in this country and there are a lot of bad Christians.

No doubt. But a Muslim as a presidential candidate would be a non-starter because it would be very difficult to establish his loyalty.

Stop the religious slurs...

There has been no religious slur. I have not said anything about Muslims that constitutes a "slur". I'm simply stating the all too obvious facts.

Besides, if you don't know who KSM is you have no standing to even discuss this subject.
