Thank you farmer harris. Did you miss the droughts in the wheat growing areas of the US and Australia the last couple of years? Wheat and corn can both be used as feed stocks and rise in price in union.

Ethanol was first mandated in the Midwest in 1974 but as of 2005 corn was still selling for the same $2 a bushel as in 1900. Ethanol sure drove that price up.
