Racism certainly was the stock in trade in the Democrat Primary. Hillary caught on too late and lost because of her lack of understanding.

Significant is that so few voters chose to vote in the Democrat Primary.

The percentage of voter turnout in Virginia for the Democrats was pathetic, less than 30%.

Republicans had no need to go to the polls as McCain had already been named the nominee with the delegate count and popular vote.

Our neighbors in West Virginia and Kentucky and Tennessee were so insulted by the NObamaites that I question any possibility of Obama carrying those states.

The major decision that could influence his candidacy is if he chooses either Hillary or Senator James Webb of Virginia.

In either case, Obama would be a puppet candidate with a Vice President candidate who is stronger than he in all areas of endeavors.

And in both cases, there would be an uncomfortable alliance such as Kerry had with Edwards.
