How much oil would trigger drilling in your mind?

Perhaps you worded the question wrong.

There is an awful lot of drilling going on now. So much so that the markets for equipment and skilled people are tight.

Perhaps you meant to ask how much oil would exploration in the OCS and ANWR produce. We don't know. We could find something like Brazil recently did, but there's no guarantee.

Pls. don't say every little bit helps... Are you aware of any oil shortages right now?

Do you understand that in a free market, price equalizes supply and demand? So that rising prices mean supply isn't keeping up with demand.
