Norway allows offshore drilling and produces more than 3M bpd from offshore. Funny you liberals don't want that happening here. Norway did top out around 2000 and production is declining now. There is still drilling go on there though. I see you want to criminalize and outlaw conventional energy development in the US. Well, you're insane. But unfortunately, the liberal dinosaurs controlling Congress are as stupid and deluded as you are.
