I don't know whether you have mentioned this or not but Nordic has 112,000 acres in the area. They were the first company to go after oil and gas in the area, so they were able to pick some of the most highly prospective ground for the most reasonable prices. The first well they drilled encountered some gas shows. At the time it was thought that there would not be enough to produce them economically. Since they first drilled there has been a sea change in fracing techniques I am told.

On Friday GMP was very active. The trader was disciplined. He bought in the hundreds of thousands of shares. He would not move up to $0.66 but he would buy all that were available at $0.65. Apparently this broker (Griffiths, McBurney) is very strong in the natural resources area. They were a very large player in the Dynatec story and you know what happened in that play?

I think NOG offers investors very good risk reward. The oil seeps attracted me to this play.Oil seeps along the Creek beds in Texas pointed to the Spindle Top 100,000 bpd discovery well and the roar of that oil could be heard for many miles.

I do not expect that kind of well for Preeceville. But the seeps point to what could turn out to be a very special oil deposit and the likely hood with more work open up a new field of future discoveries.

Its a very interesting situation.
