So they go ahead and have or get the kid.

And to hell with the traditional family. The numbers aren't important. The fact that it's happening and that even conservative people see nothing wrong with it tells me that the left has just about accomplished it's goal of destroying the family.

It became chic for the upper classes to have children out of wedlock in the late '60's. The lower classes aped them as immorality spread. Put that together with LBJ's great society welfare, and you have the breakdown in marriage.

in the 50's, shame stopped people from pre-martial sex. It was the affect of the birth control pill also, which supposedly took away the fear of unwanted pregnancy. A lot of mistakes resulted, with women keeping the children.

It's hard to imagine now, but there was a time when divorce was frowned on and you had to go to Vegas to get one. the support for the institution of marriage has been crumbling my entire life.

its apotheosis is same sex marriage, a mockery of the institution.

I would think the women involved want a child but haven't found a man they want for a Husband. So they go ahead and have or get the kid.

They were also told that fathers didn't matter. They have no understanding of the different roles mothers and fathers play. And it's the kids who pay the price.
