PFE: Query by me to IR: "I don't see any mention of the Corsair appeal on Pacific Energy web site. Why is that? Are there SEC filings regarding same? Seems to me to be material to the future prospects of the company. Please advise as to when you believe there will be a response to the appeal. Thanks IR response: "We are awaiting the state to rule on the Company appeal, and after such decision is handed down we will comment."
