AQ has weakened in Iraq not because of the American war effort but because of the negative reaction Iraqis have had to AQ's semi public executions.

This is sleazy. Now that progress has been made, you don't want to give credit where it is due. When we're "losing" the war, it is all about us, but when we're winning, you want to give credit to someone else? Do you have any idea how freaking stupid you sound?

Are you suggesting a majority of Americans don't want the US to pull out of Iraq?

As I've said before, you don't run a war based on what a majority of Americans want at some point in time. That is a recipe for disaster.

Those of average intellect or better (sorry, that rules you out) who are presented with the facts would not want to pull out of Iraq right now, that's correct.

The liberal media, Obama, and extreme leftists would probably want to pull out. But they are, of course, idiots.
