Three things the founding fathers were most concerned about were:

1) They wanted congress to make the decisiions. Mario cumo maintains congress does not even have the constitutional right to hand it off to the president.

2) Three branches of governemnt for check and balances.

3) Separation of church and state.

Last 30 years neo cons have shredded these ideas. And using their interpretation of the constitution to do it. How ironic! The neo cons have shredded our democracy.

Three things the founding fathers were most concerned about were:

1) They wanted congress to make any decisions to go to war. Mario Cumo maintains congress does not even have the constitutional right to hand it off to the president. Congress dd however.

2) Three branches of governemnt for check and balances. Bush has tried to argue he has dictatorial rights when at war. Very convenient as terriorism will be with us forever!! so he gets to be a dictator forever and according to him no branch of governement can challenge anythign he does.

3) Separation of church and state.

The neo cons have shredded our democracy. Hopefully the people can see it now.
