It's very odd. They show pictures of their guests before they interview them. It seems their is a correlation between their smile and how insane they are. For example, congressmen always have big toothy smiles, and their comments are so asinine that it's like watching a bad comedy show. Dodd and Schumer are particularly bad. All they need are a round red nose and some face paint. The bad news people, who usually have pretty good info, are almost never showing teeth if they even smile.

Now remember that the people who watch CNN will be among the smarter voters in the electorate....

I think Ken Fisher knows better, the "no new refinery in X years" may be a short way of saying constrained capital investment / too many tree huggers.
