If the surge is such a huge success, why can't we begin a phased withdrawal of our troops from Iraq? We do need more troops in Afghanistan.

Ann, you're just like Bush. You figure that there are about 52 guys that can be put on "playing cards" and if you just get rid of those guys, then the rest of the Arab World will just love us and everything will be hunky dory.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but Al Queada has a LOT more members NOW than it did when Bush came into office. Bush GAVE them their RECRUITING MATERIALS!!!!!
