The withdrawal of our presence in SK would likely telegraph something much more substantial to NK, and that's probably why it is not being done. Even a simple trial balloon about drawing down in SK can send shockwaves through the system.

Bull. We would withdraw over a period of time, allowing S. Korea to enhance its own military. It would signal nothing.

This is why you can't have a loose cannon like Obama shooting off his mouth. The entire world relies on having stability in the Oval Office, and while he may be popular amongst terrorists, foreign governments do not need to see this kind of weakness on the doorstep of the WH.

When are you going to realize that the world stability you think you see is all in your head? Besides, we can't afford it. The American infrastructure is suffering from serious deferred maintenance in order to placate your fears. We have people going hungry at nite because you're afraid. American schools are falling apart because you think America provides global stability. Ray, you've got to start thinking outside the box you've created for yourself, because your current attitudes hurt this country, not help it.
