I hunted with a guy who shot one of those. He had the firing pin stick and the thing went off as he was slamming in a round. Big bruise on his hand.

I also hunted with a guy who had a 10 bore H&R that he had sawed the barrel and stock off, almost a big pistol. He used it for flock shooting bluebills when they bunched up.

Had a horse lay down in the stall and roll against the wall and couldn't get up. Wife unit yelling at me as the horse was dying from not being able to breathe. 12'x20' stall so she just rolled in the wrong place. I thought back to 25 years ago when that had happened and I had read what to do in the Western Horseman. 25 years ago I was 25 years younger and 3 times as strong, no satellite TV or computer. Cutting wood and building fences ...

I grabbed a couple of ropes and flipped them around her down side legs, the horse not my wife. Gave a big pull and 1,200 pounds of horse flipped over. On her feet and headed for the door. I'm in the way. Now the horse did what?

A. Stopped and thanked me

B. Ran my ass over.

B. Ran right over me. Then the scary part, my wife that want's to kill me wanted to hug me.
