ideological differences are prosecutable in the US. For most of us that doesn't matter. For those in jail it does.

The tobacco execs that lied openly about smoking dangers before Congress should have been sent to Harare and then brought back here and prosecuted. And oh yeah...send the Oil execs to Gitmo, waterboard them and then prosecute them.
