He didn't make Law Review on the merits? Where is your evidence for that? I think that may be the most racist thing I've heard in awhile. So if a man is black, then whatever he accomplishes is just because he's black, not because he earned? You are no longer worth talking to. You are everything that is vile about this country.

We know he graduated magna cum laude, and law school exams are graded anonymously, so his grades had to have been pretty good. Apparently HLS does take ethnicity into account for some law review slots but it's impossible to know why he made the cut ... he could have just missed the cut to get in through grades. Not a big deal either way imo, I made law review on grades but decided not to participate on account of it was a worthless pain in the butt and cut into my partying/football game watching time.
