Tell me, rrufff, and do be specific, how are the following claims you made accomplished?

Keeping real quotes from the public

Keeping real volume on bid and ask from the public

Trading ahead of the public (that's not making a market, that's keeping the market for one's own pocket.)

Failure to deliver when naked shorting.

Isn't it amazing that the crew of Enterprise crusaders fails to comment on this scamming by the industry?

Your welcome. Sorry for the long response time.

Have to agree with you that the OTC system is bent towards the market makers to an extreme. Looks like if Manning ever gets passed, it will probably be reduced to something that makes no difference anyway.
