32 GB in a DIMM sounds exciting. Just little math to calculate what it takes:

There are 64 chips, which translates into 2 GB per chip, or 16 Gb per chip. I don't know if Spansion is currently making such a chip.

In any case, a standard server can have 16 DIMMs, which would translate into 512 GB of RAM or 0.5 TB. That sounds exciting...
