Well additional supply on the world market has to lower prices or at least stop the climb. Right now it appears we are like a million barrels short of supply compared to demand, so up is the only answer. Carping about traders and wanting to impose wind fall profit taxes is not only not the answer, most people know that. Drilling isn't the cure all either but it is striking a note in the American publics perception of the problem and being against it isn't going to help him. He'll need to do the flip flop just like McCain did who is for drilling after he was against it. This election cycle is really depressing to be honest.
