All of the things you mention are valid. Why not stick to them? Making an issue of his piloting skills is a little petty. There are much more important things having to do with his quality as a presidential candidate than that.


I am not sure what you mean. Those ARE the issues for me vis a vis McCain. As for his medals and his piloting skills......I guess I don't see them as important as others see them. They happened so long and they are not likely to be skills needed in the WH. So why focus on them?

Maybe it's because I went to another state and vounteered two weeks of my time for the Kerry campaign, and I didn't even LIKE the guy! I was just totally ABB! That swiftboat crap seemed to me to question EVERY medal and decoration, and EVERY veteran.

McCain's record is WAY more questionable than Kerry's! He was like a phony legacy "hero" created BY the military.
