Thats a fair argument about obvious differences between them. Do you think if it was Teddy Kennedy running againt some young republican the dems would be ranting and raving about agism. I would be concern......as it turns out for good reason too.

Agism is only an issue with reagan or mccain but not with Chapaquidick teddy or KKK byrd if they had run. I think one of the real appeals to many is his youth, however misplaced that may be. I firmly believe that the Left -- certainly the extreme, as represented here -- is totally motivated by the possibility of a win in November. Thus, you're right -- were it Teddy running, age would not be an issue.
