"Alzheimer's is a real disease with real consequences. I shudder to think what would have happened had Bush gotten Alzheimer's and Cheney had to take over. Age is a very serious issue and I won't ignore it because it causes you some discomfort."

It is clear there is no evidence of McCain having Alzheimers. His health has been reported as phenomenal. The man clearly has good genes that most of us could only hope for.
