Naomi Klein maintains the neo cons were not in a hurry to help as they have the Friedman philosphy, out of chaos comes change. Their kind of change whihc s a sort of an Ayn Rand greed (or bad behavior) is good, philosophy, which is nuts! Good is good-lol. She maintains the neo cons made a list all of which bush signed off on. At the top of the list was to crush the public school system and replace it with vouchers. It is my understanding there are now many less public schools down there. Paul Krugman in his book or on CD: ":Conscience of a Liberal" gives a full accounting of the misdeeds and criminal acts of the neo cons over the last 30 years. It will make the hair stand up on the back of your neck.
