Then you should be able to recognize the truth of what I said. Certainly he does intervene in our foreign policy - he negotiated with NK on his own and got the Clinton administration to go along with his deal. He went to VZ during a recall election of Chavez and certified him the winner when he almost certainly wasn't, doubtless because he shared Chavez's anti-Bush biases.
