like "reasonable" gun control John, the argument should center on defining "fair". Fair as demonstrated by liberals and socialists is the everyone is miserable. I'm against that "fair", how about you? Getting back to your original point, anyone that drives a SUV is already penalized for it since they are paying more in taxes by using more fuel. Start a new world John, you're king for a day: 1) what is the largest square footage house anyone is allowed? 2) what is the largest vehicle anyone is allowed to drive? 3) what is your lifetime limit on free medical care? That should get you started, and don't forget the 800 pages of exceptions paid for by contributions from citizens who think their way is better than yours let alone the exceptions ruled by common sense such as necessity. Oh, but their is another word we must define..."necessity". Watch the people using handicap parking spots with handicap license plates and let me know how many must use the handicap spot due to "necessity". See, I can be a liberal. It's not that hard or even require much effort.
