Exactly. That is all they did. That field was supposed to produce 500,000 BPD to begin with. But is is now only producing 300,000 bpd. so now they say well we will produce anotehr 200,000. but they already spent that-lol. And the other 2 million barrels are high sulfer heavy oil with no refinery space. So it is jsut a bluff. I have a lot of sask coal plays. Mostly junior GXS ara plays. I have been buying for weeks. I do not like that we are using coal. we ar polluting oursselves to death=lol. But I have justified it in my mind-lol. We are still in the jungle.
