Evidently SPSN has done a quantum leap in production capability to get to 32GB EcoRAM. I would guess that these EcoRAM chips are MLC products. At least the picture of the DIMMS in the presentation seemed to indicate a stacking.

Buggi,

Apple seems to be married to NAND, at the moment. It would be nice to get at least the small NOR portion, but I think we will have to hope that other handset OEM will get on board of Eclipse NOR...
