Yes, that triangle is my preferred read. Could come from the leaders having a bounce and some short covering on the beaten down ones. I was just pointing out that I'm starting to see some serious cracks in the high-priced leaders, and that could well mean the top is in/near for a price-weighted index such as $TRAN.

The odds play has to be for one last wave up. I'm more interested in catching what comes after that leg.

you beat me to that $tran chart. i think that would fool the most . how to play the $tran though: any way other than individual issues?
