An individual who has cancer and a doctor who won't provide "negative" news might go out and buy a new house with a 30 year mortgage too.

Don't confuse negative posts with being untruthful. Sometimes investors, like patients, need to know the truth even though it might not be pleasant to hear.

Is this stock "terminal"? I don't know but there sure are a lot of "symptoms" that would make a patient think that something was wrong. Those "symptoms" being discussed shouldn't be construed as negative posts. Think of it as information that should aid "investment doctors" in making their diagnosis. {G}

nwest, good question, but I don't agree in this case. Facts uncovered due to good DD should not be edited or hidden for the sake of keeping the company's good name. Companies and their principal officers are to run public companies in an ethical manner, in full compliance with all applicable laws, and in adherence with the fudiciary responsibilities entrusted. Informatin brought to light that reveals actions inconsistent with these laws and principals, need to be publicized for all to see, to allow for corrective action, to be addressed, and to allow investors to acurately assess the risks involved in their investment. That's the whole purpose for SEC rules and regulations. In the case of ACII, we apparently, or allegedly, have a slate of corporate officers with checkered backgrounds that purport to 'fall under penny stock scam" descriptions. When the PPS for ACII, the lack of transparency, and even almost direct disdain for shareholders by current management is factored with the "checkered backgrounds" of this company's principal officers, then you have a real means to assess the risk for your investment. It no longer matters about the LACC technology. What really matters is what and how management uses that promise to attract investment. And then to see how they use that investment. In this case, over 50 million shares went to interests held close by the prinicpals in just one 3 month period in 2004 and were not apparently used to really further the interests of ACII or to really promote LACC.

We have no effect on the share price and the damage to Americhip's reputation is caused by management nothing else.

I gotta' hand it to ya' nwest...you hit the nail on the head with that post.

I was already into this stock for a few months when I found this board. I am new to the market and have only invested in pinks (the gambler in me I guess) but had it been the other way around I probably wouldn't be here.

All the posts that I have looked at and said to myself the very thing that you just said. "Why are they beating up their on investment?" It's almost like sometimes people think that this is a private forum for ranting and raving and if it where then I wouldn't question it at all but we are visible to all and we are the longs so if we post some of the things here that I have seen what does an outsider trying to find a nice, little growth company to park some money in think?

There are times when I just want to scream about this stock, the company and most of all the Management but all in all I still believe that the tech is good and this will blow over and we will all sit down to a drink and a laugh and light a Macanudo off an ACII earned $100.00 bill.
