You guys are always telling us that this country is special and its a privilege living here. So put your money where your mouth is......be willing to pay for that privilege. There are very few countries in this world where the wealthy can grow their assets with little molestation. The US is one of them. The addition few hundred thousand dollars up above is paying for that unique feature. Enjoy!

The person that earns $2 million certainly gets a lot more benefit from government services. It is government services that allows those high earnings.
