You can also throw in those who are finally buying into the bursting bubble theory due to oil dropping $4+ which, imo, will recover later today and some tomorrow.

The fact that there was an unexpected surplus of crude is laughable in that, as Commander Cricket postulated, that covers about a half day of US needs.

As far as GTE is concerned, I called IR this AM and went over a few concerns re : pipeline safety, etc....they are in a different part of columbia; their pipelines are directed to interior storage. They are not the big players with big pipes that flow their crude to ocean port docking facilities + new reserve reports out soon; guy sounded downright cheerful.
