What govt services does a high-earning person receive that low earners don't? There are probably hundreds but I don't feel like thinking too hard so the passport office and zoning laws benefit the rich more than the poor. And what I said was the high earners receive more benefit. Jeez can't you guys read? If its govt services causing the higher earnings, the high earners must be getting some unknown govt services the low earners don't get. I didn't say "cause" I said "allow". If you are going to argue with me argue with what I said not what you would have liked some fictitious liberal to have said.
