No, not the second largest supplier to the US.In fact Canada is the largest supplier.25,000 new cars on the road per day in China.I see no problem selling our "dirty oil" to China.

Gas lines? No way. $4+ gasoline is destroying demand here pretty quickly. If events in other parts of the world keep crude prices high enough so that our declining demand doesn't take gasoline below $4, demand will continue to drop, making the possibility of rationing or gas lines just about zero.
