Likewise, was using 2003 and forced to update. It's probably not beyond reason to expect to have to update most software within 5 years. I installed Quicken H & B 2008 several months ago, and satisfied with the program performance. I am not a professional investor, but I am a fairly active trader so it does the job sufficiently for me to daily keep track of my investment portfolio(s). I also like to balance my month ends to those of my broker(s) and mutual funds. I don't use the many other Quicken features. Rap
