Thanks for the BDN update, EKS. I'm still holding my shares of this and several others.

I'll look closer at BDN for possibly adding a few more shares at current price.

Fwiw, a couple days ago I started an exploratory position in First Industrial ([t]FR[/t]). I am hoping that the dividend will at least hold (yield is almost 10%) and that this stock too will eventually climb to a higher price.
