Doesn't our system of justice ideally keep anyone from stealing others money? The system here is set up to give the poorer folk just enough so that they don't get too envious of the rich folk. I suggest your rich folk keep their mouth shuts and pay their taxes with a smile. Because they are getting a very nice deal. If they start getting pushy, there will be consequences. As it is, people are getting more savvy as to just how rich these rich folk are and how their richness is growing much faster than the rest of the population.
